We visit the house, listen to what you want to change and look at what's behind the walls before anyone talks numbers.
Scope and estimate
You get a written scope with line items, so you can see where the money goes and decide what to keep, change or cut.
Permits and schedule
We handle the permits the work needs and line up every trade in order, so crews aren't waiting on each other.
Build
We run the job day to day and coordinate our licensed plumbing, electrical and HVAC partners. You get regular updates with photos.
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished house with you, work through the punch list and hand over warranties and manuals.

WeHeHom is run by Enrico Cortese. Before taking on client projects, Enrico bought and renovated houses as an investor, funding every scope, every change order and every delay himself.
